Mavericks Personal Training,

Personal Training can be so many different things depending on the clients- that's what makes it personal! You can choose to workout with your trainer as many as five times per week but most clients opt for one to three sessions per week for maximum effectives. At the very least you should visit with your trainer every six to eight weeks to make a few changes to your program to make sure your always progressing and experiencing results. Two many people stay on a program for an extended period of time and wonder why the're no longer experiencing changes to their fitness level. Programming updates are very important to insure ongoing progress. You can also choose to train for 30 minutes or 60 minutes sessions depending on your time. You also have the option to train alone, with a partner or in a small group setting.  We make every attempt possible to customize a plan that is going to work within your schedule and budget and that will ensure success.

We can focus on cardio-conditioning, muscle-conditioning, flexibility, or nutrition, or a combination of all of these depending on your goals, needs, strengths, and weaknesses. You could decide you want to run, train for a triathlon, go for a walk, or even have a one on one game of basketball. We really to strive to make our clients programs as individual as possible, effective and lots of fun.
